Our Delivery Policy
We have partnered with Canada Post to provide you with fast and reliable service to anywhere in Canada. Just indicate the delivery address when you check out and we'll send you an email to confirm your order.
Merchandise can only be left in a secure location. If you're unavailable to receive delivery, the shipper will leave you a notification card to indicate how to obtain your order.
Delivery of oversized items to customers in certain remote locations may not be possible. In these instances, the Store will contact you to discuss the handling of your order.
Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time. Most orders are shipped the same day the order is received or on the store's next business day following receipt of the order.
All shipments are subject to product availability. We do our best to ensure that all products on our site are in stock. If we are out of stock on an ordered item, you will be contacted regarding the products availability.

If, for some reason, we or the shipping service are unable to ship your complete order, we will contact you to find out how you wish to proceed.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact the store. If we have already processed your order, it may not be possible to cancel it.
